The Customer Engagement Executive is responsible for the strategic development and execution of regional initiatives to ensure Ignite Nursing is being represented professionally and adequately throughout the UK. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of sales representatives who will arrange meetings with potential and existing clients for you to attend in person. Your primary role within the company will be to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and partners, with emphasis on engagement with potential clients, to understand and analyse customer behaviour and trends within the care sector, in order to enhance our customers’ experience with our model, support the brand positioning, re-inforce and extend the brand’s leadership and solidify brand loyalty.

The duties of the Customer Engagement Executive is as follows:

  • Attending daily appointments regionally with potential and existing clients.
  • Representing the brand and conveying information about Ignite Nursings USPs
  • Maintaining existing client relationships by attending appointments regularly to ensure any queries are addressed and the client is happy with the service they are receiving
  • Keeping CRM system up to date with all relevant information
  • Collaborating with the team to update them with new leads, any issues that have arisen and all other relevant information
  • Gather information and analyse data arising from the above activities including the utilisation of appropriate feedback methods to explore and understand issues affecting the customer, and analyse results to inform policy and practice and enhance the experiences of the customer
  • Increase Customer Satisfaction

Job requirements

  • Valid driving licence and car
  • 3+ Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to deliver information clearly and concisely to various audiences
  • Ability to work proactively and under your own initiative to design and implement strategies
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work towards tight deadlines
  • A team player
  • Friendly and likeable character

Hours: Monday-Sunday, 37.5 hours per week, on a local rota
