How can I apply for a job?

Do I get to pick my own working hours?

Yes! You can choose when you want to work and if your schedule changes, we can always change your booking for you.

Do you pay wages on a monthly or weekly basis?

Once you start working with Ignite Nursing you will receive your pay weekly.

What is the recruitment process?

Our recruitment process starts with your application, document collection (right to work etc.), referencing, training and finally an induction before your first shift.

How many references do I need to be able to work for you?

You will need a minimum of 2 employment references.

Can I refuse a shift?

Yes, you can refuse a shift at any time

Can I only work in specific area?

You choose where you work, the decision is all yours and we will work to facilitate your choices and locations of work.

Do you have 5 hour shifts available?

Yes, we do; if you want to work shorter shifts due to childcare or any other reasons, let a member of our team know and we will work around your availability.

Do you have sleep shifts?

Yes, we do; sleep shifts are paid hourly and so are a great way to earn while you sleep!

Will I get regular training?

We provide full and comprehensive training when you first start with us as well as regular refreshers to keep you compliant.

Do you provide uniform?

You will get a free uniform when you start and can always request another one when needed.
