What is the process?
Initial consultation with the employer to provide full details, including timetable and all financial implications to hire the best nurses and health workers directly from abroad to work in the United Kingdom, including requirements from the UKBA and the NMC where applicable. The consultation will also cover any other applicable requirements.
We will provide a selection of prospects based on the specific criteria of the business, which should include clinical and academic specialisations as well as character matchmaking with the particular culture of the organisation. BSc Nursing, clinical experience, submitted NMC application, English language standards (IELTS or OET), and CBT test confirmation letter to attend OSCE in the UK are required for RNs. Before shortlisting, qualifications and backgrounds are checked.
