We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Workers to join our fantastic team in Nuneaton. Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care Support – Assist residents with washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and getting in and out of bed, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Medication Management – Administer medication according to individual care plans, ensuring residents receive the right treatment at the right time.
  • Errands & Shopping Support – Help residents with their shopping needs when required.
  • Meal Preparation & Nutrition – Follow dietary requirements and assist with feeding, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition.
  • Emotional & Social Support – Provide companionship, offering a friendly and supportive presence while maintaining dignity, patience, and compassion.
  • Record Keeping & Communication – Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in residents’ health and well-being.

  • Personal Qualities – Friendly, caring, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Soft Skills – Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for care.
  • Flexibility – Ability to work various shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
  • Eligibility – The right to work in the UK is essential.
  • Training Requirements – Must have Buccal Training, Ligature Training, and CPI Training.
  • Driving Requirement – Must have a full valid UK driving license and access to own car.
